Municipal Administration Program (MAP) For over 60 years, MAP has been providing the foundation that municipal professionals need in order to cope with the challenges and complexities of the rapidly evolving municipal environment.
This program consists of four units and is a stand-a-lone Certificate Program. The Municipal Tax Administration Recognition of Achievement paper-based correspondence program is recognized as essential training in the field of municipal taxation and assessment. Please note: Courses must be taken singularly and in the program order.

The AMCTO Diploma in Municipal Administration Program (DMA) provides essential and integrated knowledge of the processes and administration of local government in the areas of systemic organization and management, legal framework and interpretation, finance, and human resources management.
